As an experienced business leader with many years of commercial and operational experience in both the private and public sector she is qualified as an executive coach, accredited mediator and a teacher of Mindfulness in the workplace. Sarah’s wide-ranging work experience as Client Services Director and Head of Learning and Development have seen her responsibilities range from sales and marketing to the design of outplacement programmes, leading on change programmes, the design of talent management initiatives for high potential staff and effective performance management process.
